Tru Tulip Shipping Policy 

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process. 

SHIPPING RANGE 

- Countries: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. While plan is in place to ship to the rest of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand in the near future.

- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.

 SHIPPING COSTS

 - Within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 - Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 word days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 05:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Wyoming).

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day. 

TRANSIT TIME 

- Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 12 work days.

- Work Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and transportation issues.

 SHIPPING PROCESS

 - Reliable Courier Services: We ship via DHL, PostNL, CJPacket, UPS, and Fedex.

- Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.

- Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint. 

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS 

- Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

- Track Your Order: You can track your order with your tracking number that will be sent to you on this web page. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

- Questions: Our support team is ready to assist with any questions about tracking your order.

 MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

 - Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package via support@trutulip.com

- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund. 

RETURN POLICY 

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Tru Tulip will cover the return shipping costs.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.  

Shipping Disclaimers:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend letting us know so that we can investigate and may ship another package or offer a refund.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
8. Shipping fees: Shipping is free in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
